Shipping & DOA Policy

Delivery Area: Currently limited to Hong Kong. We use Lalamove point-to-point dedicated vehicle delivery to ensure biosecurity.
Shipping Cost: Adopts a "freight collect" method, with the amount based on Lalamove's real-time quotation.
Delivery Scheduling: Fish must fast for 24 hours before delivery. After leaving the quarantine tank, delivery usually takes 60-120 minutes.
Disclaimer: In case of delays due to force majeure factors such as weather, traffic, or logistics platform dispatch, Fish Road will assist in tracking but will not be responsible for indirect losses.

Time Limit: Please check the condition of the fish within 60 minutes after delivery.
Video Proof: If the fish is dead, please "do not open" the original packaging bag. You must take a clear video of at least 15 seconds, simultaneously showing: unopened original seal, individual fish, and complete packaging bag.
Compensation Plan: Upon verification, we will provide a full refund for the individual's value (excluding shipping costs) or a replacement with your next purchase (shipping costs borne by the customer).
